Windows 7 Three Monitors
Hello all, I'm having some rather unusual problems with setting up three monitors. I can get all three to work fine when using extended desktop, however when I restart the PC and it boots up again, I have to go to Screen Resolution on Control Panel and press detect a couple of times to get it to work. Also, I bought some new RAM for my machine. I orignally had 4gb and I put two new sticks in. It works fine with 6gb in, but then when I connect all three monitors it just crashes on boot (it gets to the Windows bit and then stops). How can I get it so I can have all 6GB of RAM with all three monitors, and stop reconfiguring it everytime I restart. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. I am using the Intel Q965 internal graphics for two monitors and the NVIDIA GeForce 6200 for the other one. Many Thanks

Have you get error code or message? Have you checked the event logs? It seems a hardware compatibility issue. I suggest you reinstall the graphic adapter drivers first. Meanwhile, you may upload dump file and let us to analyze for you. The log file will be %systemroot%\Minidump which is normally C:\windows\Minidump How to read the small memory dump files that Windows creates for debugging http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263 May I know how many RAMs are you using now? You'd better keep them the same brand and type. To have a clean boot and check it again. If the issue persists, to run in safe mode for test.
