Windows 7 Tamil UNICODE rendering issues
Dear Sabrina, You said more than a year ago: I am trying to involve someone familiar with this topic to further look at this issue. There might be some time delay. Appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, the problem continues till today, and it is not possible to type properly in Tamil using Windows 7. I had to go uninstall Windows 7 and go back to Windows XP in order to complete a project in Tamil language. I am sure the Microsoft have the capability to fix this flaw, which is sending out garbled Tamil especially when it comes to using the letters , and . It appears that Microsoft have failed to pay attention to this major issue. I request you to take this matter seriously and release a patch to fix this problem. Thank you. Robert B Grubh
