I have windos 7 Ultimate 64 bit installed. I downloaded and installed service pac1 and I started having issues with a program called Steam wich is my online gaming program. The core of the games are installed on the computer. When I would click on my icon at first it would try to start the program but it would close right away if I clicked a second time it would lock the computer up. Then Microsoft Office storted having issues as Word would not open. So I went to system restore and went to a day prior and removed the Service Pac. But still Word will open and let me use it but I can not print from it and it often will not respond and has to close. I have uninstalled Office 2010 several times and reinstalled it but it still does the same thing. any ideas other than format, which I am getting real close to doing?
