Ok, here follows another update. Forget about Compliance management toolkit. The templates are very poor. almost any configuration. I found what I was looking for. Its under c:\Windows\inf\Defltbase.inf This is the default security template used by windows. And this contains Filesystem security permissions that I need. Good luck for you goys. Luiz A.
