Windows 7 Remote Assistance Across Domains
Hi All, Does Windows Remote Assistance work between PCs joined to totally seperate domains? If so what am I missing? I'm imagining Easy Connect is disabled as internet connectivity is via a proxy so would probably "limited" on a corporate network. Both domains have the GPOs set so that unsolicited remote assistance requests are allowed if you are a member of certain security groups, and solicited requests are configured so anyone can connect if they have the invitation file and password. I have tried solicited requests between the domains and it's not working, but haven't yet been able to find anything from Microsoft saying it's not supported between machines joined to seperate domains. Thanks
