Windows 7 Remote Access
Is there any way to remote access a Windows 7 Home Basic (x64) computer from a Windows XP Pro SP3 (x86) computer? I tried the Remote Desktop Connection feature but to no avail. Is an upgrade from Home Basic necessary?Best Regards, Jithu Thulasi Chand B.Tech (E&C) MCSE MCSA MCP RHCE RHCT CCNA Brainbench-Certified

You need a third party software to do this. I use something called TightVNC , which is a VNC freeware implementation. Works great most of the time. I use it to login to an XP Home laptop from my Windows 7 Ultimate. Yousuf Khan
