Windows 7 RC is retiring soon. Why can't I download and use Windows 7 RTM?

HI you can download and use it, but you have to pay for it, here is the Microsoft store to continue. and you cannot upgrade from RC to RTM, you need to do clean install and have to purchase full version of Windows 7 or if you have older edition vista you can upgrade to Windows 7 from it. if wish to continue you can Download Windows 7 enterprise trial edition for 90 days.
