I used the Fax in the RC and did a backup before installing the RTM and now have a list of zip files labeled "Backup files 001.zip" to "...203.zip" on an external hdd. I found the location of the new fax files in my W7 Pro at %ProgramData%\Microsoft\WindowsNT\MSFax\ but I want to locate my faxes in the Backup files and make them available on my new installation. A link to the solution if available would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,You can restore files from Control Panel\System and Security\Backup and Restore. The restore process enables you to choose all or only some of the files and folders in the backup, and restore them either to the original location, or to an alternate location, such as to recover an earlier version of a file. This starts in the Backup and Restore interface where you choose either Restore my files to restore files only from your user profile, or Restore all users’ files to restore as an administrator. "Select another backup to restore files from", you will locate the backup data on the external disk. Follow the instructions and let us know the result.
