Windows 7 RC Parental Controls Inop
During setup, I was able to get the parental controls working (the time limit is still extremely buggy to say the least considering the logoff/login-recover phase) when we set the computer up, but cannot make any changes to it since I turned on "Limit Applications". I can turn them off, but still get the error message "Unable to make changes to parental control settings. If this problem persists, see your system administrator." Additionally, soon after that message appears, Windows Explorer crashes and restarts when I turn Parental Controls off. I tried using the cmd prompt trick to create a separate admin account, but it doesn't work from there either. Any thoughts or insights?

Did anyone find a solution to this problem. I'm getting the same error message when trying to set up parental controls for my children.
