Windows 7 RC - Trouble ZXDSL 852
Hello, After succesful installing Vista x64 drivers for ZXDSL 852, modem synchronizes but when I'm starting a DialUp ADSL connection i'm getting a 628 Error. Anyone can help me?

I doubt this has anything to do with vista driver or win 7, the error may indicate a problem with your settings for the dial-up connection. Make sure that the settings are appropriate for your ISP. Btwyour ISP should be able to tell you what options should be checked, and other settings that you will need in your connection.Also this error may be caused by improper authentication/security options and settings on your connection - the modem connects to the remote access server

I think that settings are good. My ISP uses PPPoE, LLC, VPI/VCI 0/35. In WAN/ATM/ADSL miniport I'v choosed PPP on Ethernet Bridge LLC/SNAP (RFC2516 + RFC1483) and VPI/VCI 0/35. I use same modem in Windows XP and this configuration works perfect. Drivers in Windows 7 looks very similar to XP and I set the same configuration, modem synchronizes but I'm still getting this 628 error after trying to connect.

i got the same error... i think the problem with drivers... if somebody get drivers please let us know...
