Windows 7 RC & Visual Studio 2010 Beta
I recently installed the Visual Studio 2010 Team Suit Beta(in parallel to Visual Studio 2008 Professional) onto Windows 7 RC7100... And then weird things started happening with my recently used application list in the start menu...All the support applications that come as part of VS2010 started appearing in there, even though I hadn't opened them (or even opened Visual Studio), for example, Spy++, MFC-ATL Trace Tool, WinDiff, Manifest Generator etc etc.Even if I remove these from this list, they reappear soon afterwards, even though, again, I haven't opened them or Visual Studio.I don't know if this is a Windows 7 RC, or Visual Studio 2010problem, or a combination of the two!! Any ideas as to how to stop this behaviour? It's really starting to bug me now!!I will copy this to the Visual Studio forums too, as it kind of relates to both topics!ThanksDamianC

This sounds like a Visual Studio problem to me and I'm glad you were able to report it on their forum.-Nick
