Hi, Based on my experience, AD enviroment should not impact ITunes. Please run this application with administrator for a test. The latest verison of ITunes is 10.5.2, please go to Apple's offlicial website to download and update it. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ Regards, Juke TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tnmff@microsoft.com.Juke Chou TechNet Community Support
