Windows 7 Professional booting problem BSOD
First of all, hi. My first time here, hoped it would never come to this.. :P Sorry for my gramar... I had Windows 7 Professional installed and I had free disc space, made another partition and wanted to install Linux ubuntu. Done that. Now I have perfect linux instalation and blue screen showing up when I try to run win7. I tried insetring win7 cd and try the automatic repaire but it only said that the problem was something like (exatly like) "system volume on disc is corrupt. repair action: file system repair (chkdsk)" and than it said that he didn't sucede. Somethimes, when win7 cd was in, it said that BOOTMGR was missing. I heard from a friend that I can take care of this from when running linux. I'm beging you to help me cause I don't wanna format my win7 partition.. :-( Thank you.

Hi, Currently, I suggest you to remove the USB flash drive before you run the Startup Repair tool: Startup Repair using Windows 7 installation disc. Note: Please ensure that the DVD-ROM is the first booting device. 1) Please insert the Windows 7 DVD and reboot the computer. 2) When we are prompted to press a key to boot from the DVD, please press Enter or the space bar. 3) Choose your language settings, and then click Next. 4) Click Repair your computer. 5) Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next. 6) On the System Recovery Options menu, click Startup Repair. Startup Repair might prompt you to make choices as it tries to fix the problem, and if necessary, it might restart your computer as it makes repairs. If Startup Repair still fails, please use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment to troubleshoot and repair startup issues in Windows Vista or Windows 7. Hope it helps.
