Windows 7 Professional Edition interaction service detection
I am getting ready to deploy windows 7 Pro on laptops that utilize cisco vpn client. My problem is after installing the newest cisco vpn client and making sure the OS has all the latest security patches. Interaction detection interupts the initial startup
of the vpn client at boot up. Only after I restart the service for the vpn client after a cold boot will it load corectly. If i just perform a restart on the test computer the interaction detection does not interupt the process and loads correctly. I do not
want to turn off the interactive detection service without knowing what else will it interupt or disable for notifications. I also checked the application that it is fully compatible with windows 7 and I also tried to run it in windows xp mode and still ended
up with the same results. Can you give me any direction on this minor annoying issue?

Tell the Cisco developers to make the software Session 0 Isolation aware:
Session 0 Isolation
Starting with Vista the services and the users run in different sessions. In XP the first user was running in the same sesios as the services and the servcies could display message boxes. When a software tries it now you get the
interaction service detection Window.

Thank you for the quick reply. As I didn't really realize that they ran in seperate sessions. When you look at a problem up close the answer is always right in front of you. lol
