Hi,
You may run "slmgr.vbs"(without quotes) command to check the activation status.
Slmgr.vbs Options

If you have product key, you may reactivate via telephone. If your Windows 7 is preinstalled OEM one, you may contact manufacture for assistance.
In the meantime, if the issue persists, you may contact Microsoft Customer Service.
