Windows 7 Pro joined to domain Outlook 2010 asks for logon credentials
Dear all I have two users both with Windows 7 pro joined to a SBS 2008 domain, the two PCs both have outlook 2010. When the user logs onto the domain and open outlook they are prompted for their AD login credentials, can anyone explain how to stop this

Hi mika_MCSE, I think for both of the two PCs, they should been configure E-mail account with Always prompt for logon credentials. Please unclear the option in below steps. Open Control Pannel, Click on Mail, Click E-mail account, Select Data File, double-click on your e-mail, Click Security tab. Hope it helps. Thanks and Regards Scorpio_Milo MCTS: Windows Vista | Exchange Server 2007 MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician MCITP: Server & Enterprise Administrator Microsoft Infrastructure Consultant Enterprise Service: Solution Architect Contact me My Blog

I think installing Exchange rollup 9 will fix this but you may want to ask the question in the SBS forum before you do this. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/smallbusinessserver/threads?prof=required Kerry Brown MS-MVP - Windows Desktop Experience

Hi, OK, based on my research, the Outlook has not connected to the Exchange server should be the cause of this issue. So please check the connection status at the bottom of the Outlook. Also, have you tried to post the thread at Office forums? Because the issue is related to Office, so you can get the most qualified pool of respondents there. Thanks for understanding.
