Windows 7 Pro doesn't show all Deployed network printers
Hi , We are using Windows 7 pro machines in our Lab . We are deploying Printers through GPO ( per machine GPO) to these machines. However out of appr.20 machines 6-7 machines can not see all the printers deployed through GPO i.e Printer1, printer2 Printer4 appears however Printer 3 and Printer 5 doesn't appear. If i try to manually add printer through command rundll32 printui.dll,Printentuientry /ga /n command it says printer already exist . This means the network printer has been deployed but for some reason its not showing up in Devices and printers .. any idea why its not showing up?mp

Do all the machines have drivers for the printers installed? My MVP is for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 IT, and I am getting increasingly good with Visual Studio. Developer | Windows IT | Chess | Economics | Hardcore Games | Vegan Advocate | PC Reviews

yes, all machines have drivers for the printers installed. The print server is a Windows 2003 server and the clients are all Windows 7.
