Windows 7 Pro: User saves file wth wrong premissions on SBS 2003 server
Windows 7 Pro PC connected to our SBS 2003 server. I have just installed two new PCs running Windows 7 Professional onto our SBS2003 network wth 7 other Win XP pro SP3 PCs. One Win 7 PC seems to work OK. On the other Win 7 PC, when one of the users saves a file onto the server, the security setttings on the saved file shows permissions of a different, valid user. So user A saves a file onto server, but permissions show user B with all the access rights. There is no entry for user A in the permissions at all. Creating a file and saving a file on the desktop shows the correct permissions. So the problem is related to the network. Anyone any idea what has gone wrong?

Thanks for the advice Leo. I have given up on this problem and I have re-installed the OS from scratch on the affected PC. The problem no longer existsm so the query can be closed. Do I do that or the Moderator?
