Windows 7 Print quality problem
Im running windows 7 build 7000 beta and im having a problem when printing high resolution photos to my hp c7280 all in 1 printer. The photos are pixelated even tho the print quality is set to best. When I print the exact same picture on my vista computer it looks perfect. When i installed the printer I could only use the driver that came with windows 7 because the vista drivers wouldnt work with it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem??

I removed my old printer programs and drivers actually they removed themselves as I was trying to install them over BUT Windows7 replaced the drivers automatically and it works better than before (for the time being anyway) I went into Windows update and confirmed it had updated the new drivers. Wish I could help you more but mine was almost trial and error Have a good one tomchambliss@bellsouth.net

have the hp PS C6280, it is networked, via ethernet & it's print quality if fine. I'm printing from an HP laptop, wireless & used W7's drivers and Picasa. Have you tried deleting & readding the printer?

Did you try running the Vista drivers (if they have a setup.exe or similar) in compatibility mode for Vista?
