Windows 7 Power User Rights
We need a permanent, Possible and alternate solution for the Power User rights in the windows 7 Operating systems configured in a windows domain environment. As for an example, administrator in one shift can't go and provide the administrator password for each and every user for everytime in a larger network for the simplest option (Date and Time Changing) available for the users in the previous versions of windows. We found lot of answers in the windows 7 forums only providing suggestions and not providing a good solution for the question.

The built-in Power Users group in Windows 7 is only there for compatibility purposes and does not carry the same rights and privileges as it did in older versions of Windows (specifically, XP and below). If you want to assign specific rights to the Power Users group (or any other created group), use GPO or Local Security Policy (User Rights Assignment) to modify.
