Windows 7 Offline File keep trying to sync even though I have deleted the Mapped drive
I have a client with two windows 7 machines, The laptop has a 20 gig mapped drive shared to it that has been syncing for a while.. At some point it lost the save user name and password. After correcting that issue the offline files would not longer syc. So i have backed up the offline version of the files that need to be put on the source computer, and disabled offlline files, rebooted and re-enabled the rebooting so i could prepare to remap the folder, how ever I see that the offline file manager is still trying to sync the files in the folder that is no longer mapped.. I have go into the "Offline Files Folder" and have try to delete offline files... it take a long time, when it says it completed there are still files listed and it is still trying to sync. How can I start this clean.... Get rid of all old off line files so i can dump my backups on to the source computer, remapped the drive clean and just set the folder to be avalibel offline SO i can get a fresh start.?
