Hello, Our company standard for all laptop users is to map their network user drive to My Documents so that anything they create always gets backed up the network. On windows 7 recently I have a user that is getting access denied when ever he trys to sync his files. If I disable Offline files he is able to access the folders and files with out a problem. I have verified all the security setting of the file permissions on the server. We go under the users profile right click on the My Documents folder and point it at the users personal network share. I have verified that the sync center is not encrypted. Any suggestions in what might be causing the problem.
