Hi I have seen offers to USA users they can get Windows 7 Ultimate at a discount if they can do that why not here in the UK

Bob - There were? The only deals I saw on the preorder sale was Home Premium for $49.99 and Pro for $99.99. Ultimate was offered - but at it's regular price.
