Windows 7 OEM License bundled with PC to be used by various parties as a service provider
Hi, I am providing a training/disaster room service week in week out. Previously, just an empty room was provided. Customers will bring their own laptops. The room capacity is 20. Recently, I've purchased 20 units of Dell PC which came with OEM Windows 7 Pro operating system (OS). My customers are from various industries; financial, insurance & MNC. Note: After 1 customer completed using the room for let say 1 week, I will wipe out all the 20 PC & pre-load with the factory-default OS using the Recovery DVD; to be ready to be used by other customers. The questions are: 1) Can those customers be allowed to use the OS that came with the PC & installed with their other corporate applications software? 2) Or, should those customers provide and install with their own licensed OS? Thank you.

Hi, You can let your customers to use your OEM operating system and the software if you want to, and they dont need to provide their own licensed OS. Regards Vincent Wang TechNet Community Support
