Windows 7 Network printing
Windows 7 will print 1 print job to network printer then any print jobs after hangs up for 5 to 10 min then prints. I have tried the smae thing on 4 or 5 windows 7 computers and other printers on new networks and it will do the same thing. Any idea on how to fix the problem...? Thanks NightWing

Hi NightWing, Thanks for the post! I recommend you add the network printer as a local one to check the result. Follow the steps: 1. Click Start - Control Panel - Hardware and Sound. 2. Click Add a printer. 3. Choose Add a local printer and click on Create a new port. 4. Select Local Port and click Next. 5. Type in "[\\computer name\printer name]" (without quotation marks) for the Port Name and click OK.
