Windows 7 NFS Client Credentials UID GID
I am trying to connect the Windows 7 NFS Client to an NFS server running on a computer (VxWorks). I am able successfully connect a 3rd party's Client NFS software to the NFS server. However, when I use the Client for NFS provided
by Windows 7, I am unable to connect. The command "mount
\\ip address\share Z:" fails with error code "The network path was not found". I am able to ping the computer running the NFS server.
OS running the NFS Client: Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit
Data captured from Wireshark
3rd Party Client's MOUNT V1 EXPORT Call
Credentials
Flavor: AUTH_UNIX (1)
Length: 32
Stamp: 0xc7065970
Machine Name: PCS
UID: 1000
GID: 1000
Client for NFS's MOUNT V1 EXPORT Call
Credentials
Flavor: AUTH_NULL(0)
Length: 0
It seems that the Client for NFS's credentials are not correct. How do I change the Flavor to AUTH_UNIX and the UID and GID to 1000?

I tried that but it still doesn't work. I am able to mount the drive using Windows XP but not Windows 7. I also noticed in the Wireshark log that I get a "PROGRAM_NOT_AVAILABLE" error with PORTMAPPER
