I am a newly assigned administrator to an existing network. We just installed a new windows 7 tower for a user. The user also needed a new account due to difficulties with her old account. I can log on to the pc with admin priveledges. She can log in with her old account. but the new account gives us an error of "no logon servers available to service the logon request". Please help.
