Windows 7 Language packs
Hello, I'd like to install a Language Pack (Russian) on Winows 7 but don't know how. I have a game in Russian but when I open the readme it shows me symbols like this " ". Please tell me how to install Russian Language pack on Windows 7 and will the Russian text work in NotePad?
