Could be a driver problem for your video card. Post some machine details so we can figure out more exactly what is wrong. Vote if answered or helpful, I am running for Office (joke)! What have you tried to fix this? Did you look in Device Manager to see if there are any yellow marks for your Display Adapter? Click the Start orb and enter devmgmt.msc then press Enter . That will open Device Manager. If there is a problem, you will need to install the Windows 7 driver for your Display Adapter from the manufacturers web site or the adapter manufacturers web site.Rich Why can't I be different and original like everybody else? - Vivian Stanshal

Have you verified that those Windows 7 video drivers support the resolution(s) your monitor requires? Are you running at the monitor's - if it's an LCD - native resolution? If your video controller's manufacturer doesn't provide Windows 7 specific drivers, or if those Windows 7 drivers don't support the requisite resolution(s), you may well need to replace either the video controller (preferably) or the monitor.-- Bruce ChambersHelp us help you:http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.htmlhttp://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/555375They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. ~Benjamin FranklinMany people would rather die than think; in fact, most do. ~Bertrand RussellThe philosopher has never killed any priests, whereas the priest has killed a great many philosophers.~ Denis Diderot

Chris - Ok.. Silly question - but it begs to be asked. What happens if you plug in the OTHER monitor (the one you plugged in as the 2nd) as your primary? Same problem? Secondly, what happens if you change resolutions (since you did bring it up) to a higher/lower res? Third, what version of the Nvidia drivers do you have installed? Are they the latest/greatest?

Hi thankyou for your quick reply i think the problem maybe in the cables that i am using to connect the monitors the usual main monitor uses a standard vga cable but the other monitor uses a digital cable when a swaped the two the seconday monitor became blury i tryed changing the resolution and nothing effects hoe blurry the images and text are.... could i be correct or is it something else??? What will i have to do to fix this or will i have to replace something???

Could be a cable problem, or as I have said, drivers are invariably to blame. Now the GTS 210 is at the bottom of the range so do not expect much for it. Be aware new drivers are out last week. Hi thnx again this was my first time posting and i have really enjoyed it, i think you may be right! today i am going to try to update drivers and try putting a shorter cable on the primary monitor as it is curently on a 3m extension because it is so far away form the computer i hope that fixes it, because i think what i will have to do is replace the graphics card, again what gets me anoyyed is that the graphics cars says windows 7 compatible !!!! but i think i can slove it by myself now thank you all very very much for all your help especially Vegan Fanatic if i have any more problems i think i will be posting them on here. Hi Chris. I bought a HP computer with Windows 7 pre-loaded. At times, I noticed icons and labels becoming increasingly blurry. I noticed a slight "vibration" around the images as I typed. A long time software developer and self-professed PC expert, I was appalled when the support representative asked if it was a screen (software) vibration or a monitor vibration. She asked that I place the monitor on the floor, and wallah!!! The vibration ceased! Come to find out, the computer desk, though not visible or audible shakes ever so slightly when the keys are pressed or the mouse moves. I now have the monitor setting on a mouse pad, which acts as a shock-absorber. I have also seen image distortions when a monitor is placed too close to a (leaking) accessory, such as a printer or fax machine. This tends to be more of a bending of the screen border, rather than vibration. hope this helps. hrangus
