Windows 7 Home premium retail box (Full version) 130 $ in a shop, is that normal ? Different stores can have different prices?
I am from Spain, i have been looking for a Windows 7 Home premium retail box , in some computer stores, and in one of them , i asked if they had it , they said yes, and i asked the price and was 150 € (when normaly is 199 €). So from one shop to
another there is a diference of 49 € (that is like find it in us at 130$ instead of 199$).
This is normal ? , this happens in the US too ? , or i should be carefully with that offer ? I suppose there are ways to know if the retail box is genuine , and know what you are buying.

Hi FoxMulder,
I would not know about the exact pricing of the retail copies of the disks but there are a number of methods by which you can tell if the media is the genuine article. See the
How To Tell article on Microsoft's webpage for full details. I imagine the real media would be pretty hard to fake.
