I create a form 8.5 inches wide and 17 inches long, call it FRM17 and save it, I install it all over the Okidata Printer Driver, but if I use my other printer, it will eventually erase the new form. And the okidata goes back to letter size which ruins the alignment when filling in pre-printed forms

Hi, Which model of printer did you use? Please make sure the printer driver is support to Windows 7. Also reinstall the printer. Logon with Clean Boot to check the result. According to your description, the printer will delete the new form itself.
