Hi Chad, you get so many different crashes: BAD_POOL_CALLER (c2) The current thread is making a bad pool request. Typically this is at a bad IRQL level or double freeing the same allocation, etc. Arguments: Arg1: 000000000000000d, type of pool violation the caller is guilty of. fffff880`0909d988 fffff800`031a4769 nt!KeBugCheckEx fffff880`0909d990 fffff960`000d8fde nt!ExDeferredFreePool+0x135a fffff880`0909da40 fffff960`000d6f65 win32k!UserDeleteW32Thread+0xfe fffff880`0909da70 fffff960`000d3fac win32k!DereferenceW32Thread+0x15 fffff880`0909daa0 fffff800`033546d2 win32k!W32pThreadCallout+0x94 fffff880`0909dad0 fffff800`0335841d nt!PspExitThread+0x542 fffff880`0909db90 fffff800`03358659 nt!PspTerminateThreadByPointer+0x4d fffff880`0909dbe0 fffff800`03070993 nt!NtTerminateThread+0x45 fffff880`0909dc20 00000000`77a1fbea nt!KiSystemServiceCopyEnd+0x13 The MEMORY_MANAGEMENT bug check has a value of 0x0000001A. Please download memtest86+ [1], burn a new bootable CD (use a CD-RW if possible) from the ISO (download and use ImgBurn [2][3] to do this or make double click on the ISO in Windows 7), reboot your PC and scan your RAM 4-5hours for errors. If memtest86+ detects errors, test each module its own and replace the faulty RAM. If the memtest tells no error, please download CPU-Z [4], look in the memory and SPD tab and verify that the current RAM Speed and the Timings match to the values that you see in the SPD tab. If your RAM run at CR (Command Rate) 1T, change the value into 2T in the BIOS. This should fix the crashes. A bugcheck (BSOD) is a mechanism to protect your PC from damage. To see the cause I have to take a look at the dumps with the Debugging Tools for Windows. Please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive [1] folder and post a link here. if you can't see dmp files, make sure your Windows is configured correctly [2][3] to generate dumps. Hi Andre Thanks again for checking those files out i thought i might be a RAM issue since that was one thing the tech guys never replaced and it has been doing this for months even when they replaced the other hardware (ie motherboard, power supply) I thank you again for your time and will get that checked out Chad
