No hardware have been made and no significant software has been added/changed. I reactivated via phone and still message states it's not genuine.
Any help would be appreciated!

I can see this written in the diagnostic report. These files have been tampered which are preventing Windows from activating. Since you have a OEM copy of Windows, I'd also suggest you to contact your hardware manufacturer to figure out the problem. Hope
it helps!Kunal D Mehta - a Windows Server Enthusiast.

Thanks for the responses! I tried the command promt, gave a confirmation it carried out the action, but on restart sadly no difference.
I have already been in contact with my manufacturer, however it means i need to take my computer down there and they couldn't give me an estimation of how long it would take to fix. so i'm trying to avoid it!

Thats unlikely to work, as the indications from the report are that the problem lies elsewhere that the files themselves if it were the files, then they would be listed in the File Scan Data section as well.
@Michael
Id start by using CHKDSK and SFC to check whether the system is OK...
Click on the Start button
type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type
CHKDSK C: /R
and hit the Enter key
You will be told that the drive is locked, and the CHKDSK will run at he next boot - hit the Y key, and then reboot. The chkdsk will take a few hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient!
After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally (possibly after a second auto-reboot) - then run the SFC
SFC -System File Checker - Instructions
Click on the Start button
type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type
SFC /SCANNOW
and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.
run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

A last shot here:
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate/
Download and run this utility. Quoting from the page:
"If needed, it will also attempt to repair Windows 7 licensing components that may have been damaged, moved, or deleted."
So if your copy of Windows was genuine, there are good chances that this utility might restore the tampered files. Hope it helps!

Anyways thanks for the support!
Unfortunately, I suspect that the problem is no going to be amenable to solving in the forums thus particular group of affected files is rare, and the troubleshooting complex.
I suggest that you go direct to WGA Support if an MS Techie doesnt step in with any suggestions.
WGA Support can be found here-
North America: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/cu_sc_genadv_master?ws=support&ws=support#tab4
Outside North America:
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support#tab0
Please let us know if (and how) MS manage to repair the problem without a repair install of the OS - it would be useful for future reference!
