Windows 7 HOme premium and Remote Desktop
I have Windows 7 Home Premium and want to remote desktop to my office PC via VPN. I can connect via VPN to my office PC but when I launch into MS Outlook all is fine. It is when I exit and try to launch another application on the desktop that I am constantly disconnected from remote desktop session. What is wrong? What can I do?

Hi, According to your description, I suggest to perform these tests to troubleshoot the issue: 1 Login with Clean Boot 2 Temporally disable antivirus software and firewall 3 Update the driver of network card 4 If you are using a router to contact network, by passing it If the issue persists, this problem might related with your home network state is unstable or the issue with VPN host on your company. You can contact your company IT administrators to check the VPN server and your VPN account. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
