Windows Fax and Scan is installed on our nondomain server with seven computers on the network. Two of those computers are rarely used except during tax season. I don't have a problem sending faxes from my computer but do have a problem viewing received faxes. Refreshing doesn't work. I generally have to reboot a couple times a day in order to see the most recent incoming faxes. This isn't a huge issue since most of the info I need to do my job comes to me via email but it is an annoyance. The problem started a year ago when we got new computers and a new server. That's when we upgraded to Windows 7 but had been using prior versions of Windows Fax and Scan before then. Our outside IT guy hasn't been able to resolve my problem and basically avoids me when he's in the office. Not that I blame him. Since I'm the only one in the fax doghouse, I'm turning to you for insight or suggestions. Thank you. Cindy
