The only way I know is to scan the PDF files and Fax them along with the original. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. We know how to fax the pdf files, but the fax and scan only allows us to attach one PDF to the fax, so we are sending mupltiple faxes to the same location. I am looking for a solution or setting that will allow multiple PDF files to be attached to the fax. Multiple PDFs can be added to the Fax and Scan in the XP version, but I am unable to find a setting or modificatin that will allow the attachement of multiples PDFs in Windows 7. Any suggestions?Scott Van Der Weele

Is it possible for you to scan the documents into Adobe Acrobat as a multiple page pdf file and then fax the pdf file?

Yes, but this is an additional step almost equal to faxing the individual PDFs that are alrealy have been scanned and filed on the laptop. I am still looking for a solution that is like XP where multiple PDFs can be directly attached to the fax. Scott Van Der Weele
