Hello. You can type into a web browser ftp://192.168.0.100 or what ever the IP or domain name is of the ftp server. You can also do it via the command prompt. Just type ftp /? and hit enter. It will give you a list of commands that you can use. Personally I would just download filezilla free ftp client.
