Windows 7 Eval Key Blocked?
I've been using the 90 day eval of Windows 7 while developing our SCCM OSD deployment. A test deploy last night failed because the activation task failed. I manually attempted to activate the eval and got the error "The product key you typed has been blocked from use by Microsoft." I checked and the eval download is still available, but there is nothing mentioned about it being an updated release or that any older downloads would no longer work. My first thought is that the eval I've been using is RTM and with the release of SP1 the older eval has been discontinued. Anyone else run into this? Or has anyone heard anything about it?

please only post to this topic: Windows 7 Enterprise Trial Key Blocked? I mailed the issue to a MS support engineer. Wait of an official reply."A programmer is just a tool which converts caffeine into code" Want to install RSAT on Windows 7 Sp1? Check my HowTo: http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=150221

I am having the same problem. The only answer that I have found so far is for the RC versions. I don't think that this is the case. I have seen things stated "while supplies last" I don't know if that is now the problem
