I resolved my own question. I pause and close the download manager; copied the hidden file (DLM) into ISO extension. Open the ISO using winzip; and check the state if is corrupt. But luckily it isn't Burned in physical media and tried booting on the other machine. And now it installs flawlessly. That download manager has a bug! it wouldn't finish your download even you tried many times.

I just download the .ISO file from the link you posted above and the Download Manager completed the download with no problems. I would suspect your internet connection or something besides the Download Manager. I did not experience a BUG in the Download Manager!
