Description of problem: At logon screen the "Other user" picture is blank in its window. We are required to have company logo here. This is the only account allowed to show on the logon screen. First one does not apply as we see exactly what we are suppose to, the "Other User" account to click on to log onto the domain. Second does not resolve as that is if you have local accounts on the client.
