How can I install Windows media Player 12 with Windows 7 Enterprise N, I tried on Microsoft site but couldn't locate media player. Thanks In Windows 7's Search Programs and files box type Programs and click on the Programs and Features icon when it appears in the Start Menu. Then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Click on the + next to Media Features, place a check next to Windows Media Player and click OK. Carey Frisch But that doesnt work for the 'N' versions - which was what the question was. As there is no such feature as Media Features listed....

The scenario for Windows Vista saw a 'Media Restore Pack' made available via Windows Update for the 'N' versions of the OS. It would be prudent to check Windows update to see if a similar package is listed as an optional update.Failing that, installing Media Player 11 for Windows Vista should work well enough, even if only as a temporary measure:http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/mediaplayer/default.mspx
