Hello!I've made a mistake by installing W7 beta as my main os for a while. But after some time I wanted to revert back to vista (home premium) and restore my data from windows easy transfer file back to vista, but problem is that vista easy transfer (6.0 I think) cannot open .mig file created by W7 transfer program. And W7 transfer program have no "this is my new computer" choice at all. Question is, how can I restore data or at least unpack .mig file?

I would imagine that you could reinstall Windows 7, restore your data there, and then back it up to external media. Then install Windows Vista and copy the backup over.As Win7 is beta, you're restricted to the tools that shipped with the beta. There may be other methods available - but you'll have to search the web for 3rd party solutions.- John
