We are using a hosted exchange provider (Intermedia). I have been using the system with no problem until I changed my password yesterday. I'm now being prompted for a password in the morning when I first launch Outlook. If I reboot the system the prompting for the password for Outlook reappears. I have checked save password everytime this password prompt appears. If I login via the Intermedia webmail using the password I changed it too it works great. So I know Intermedia has the new password. What could be the problem here?

hi, I think you need to deleted "saved password" from windows 7 > control panel , if OWA works fine than the old password is stored in windows, close outlook delete pass and open outlook the massage should disappear.
