Windows 7 Commemorative Edition Contents
I got the Windows 7 Ultimate Commemorative Edition a few years ago for being part of the beta-testers of Windows 7. I have never opened the package so I have no clue what's on it. I do remember that in the emails, it was said to have both 32-bit
and 64-bit versions and is actually a re-boxed retail version. Now I need to use this package for my other machine. In some of the screens I saw in the internet the disks has UPGRADE written on them...so does this mean its just an upgrade or the
full version?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in Microsoft TechNet forums.
It is a full featured OS that you can use the key to install one version, either the 32-Bit OR the 64-Bit but not both at the same time.
The key is a normal retail product key and can be used an unlimited number of times to reinstall.
