Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death - Locale ID 1033
Hello,
This morning I placed a computer in sleep mode, and when I returned earlier this evening, I found the computer shutdown. I powered it ON, noticed the "Windows failed to shutdown properly" message and after Windows 7 loaded, I saw the following message on my screen:
It is the first time I have experienced a BSOD. The computer is a Dell XPS 420 running 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate. Thank you!

First, please update BIOS and device drivers to latest version.
In addition, to troubleshoot this kind of kernel crash issue, we need to debug the crashed system dump and analyze the related source code if needed. Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in the forum. I'd like to recommend that you contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for assistance so that this problem can be resolved efficiently. To obtain the phone numbers for specific technology request please take a look at the web site listed below:

Richielieu, can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via Windows Live SkyDrive or similar site?
The following link has information on using Windows Live SkyDrive:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65
If you have problems zipping the minidump files try copying them to another location such as a folder on the Desktop.
