Although this was not the first build update of the Windows 7 beta, I would like to know if we will be able to get the other window 7 beta updates until August? I know with Vista there were times when Microsoft was putting out a new build every week? Is this going to be the same?

We don't have informations about the next beta builds. The feedback we get in the early stages of Beta will help enable us to discuss the next Windows 7 milestone. That's what I thought. Although now since you've open this beta up to the public you can find more problems so you can fix them. I am hoping when this beta comes out we all will be proud to have installed on our system. I've heard so much stigma from Vista it's not even funny I on the other hand used it since it become available and haven't looked back. I hope to see even more improvements in the system before it is Released!!

If the past betas for windows hold true, the keys issued will work through all the phases of beta until the RTM. Public beta never recieves the micro builds between the larger scale "Beta 1, Beta 2, RC1, RC2" etc builds. Most of the time, each of these major builds are months apart.
