Hello, A few days ago I run in to a problem with my windows 7 ultimate x64. When I started my pc windows started normaly until it shoud have showd my log on screen, an there the problems started. I got a black screen, I couln't see anything, but my mouse cousor. I tried in safe mode, same thing. I tried to recover my windows with my installation dvd. Yet again, no luck When I loaded the installation dvd the setup would not start. Just a blue screen. It's like windows 7 it's locked out of my pc. Can anyone help me??? Thank you for your trouble.

I tried to hit CTRL ALT DEL, still nothing. It's completli canatonic. Unresponsive.

What if you enter Safe Mode and use CTRL+ALT+DEL ? Can you launch task manager there?Sean Zhu - MSFT
