Windows 7 BSOD dmp file.
Hi, I was wondering if someone could assist me in reading a dmp file after a windows 7 BSOD appears. I recently built a new PC and after running for about 2 weeks ive started to encounter BSOD whenever the computer goes idle. I dont know why Windows 7 keeps crashing and so far I have no idea of how to open the .dmp file (I have zipped the dmp file and attahced below). http://cid-2afe05570988d1d3.office.live.com/self.aspx/.Documents/101510-12043-01.zip The message that I have been given both times is: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 3d BCP1: FFFFF88003191FD0 BCP2: 0000000000000000 BCP3: 0000000000000000 BCP4: FFFFF80003487780 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 768_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\101510-12043-01.dmp C:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-18283-0.sysdata.xml If someone could please assist me in figuring out what is causing this blue screen or let me know what they find in the dmp file it would be greatly appreciated!
