Windows 7 BSOD'ing on a regular basis
Hi all,
I've been having a problem with Windows 7 BSOD'ing on regular intervals throughout daily use (e.g. 4x today its happened, 13:30-150
:00-16:00-22:00). Have tried to fix the problem through Windows Debugging Kit but have had problems with that and unfortunately my technical knowledge does not run deep enough to sort that out. I would otherwise try to repair/reinstall windows but do not
have the disc. I have however uploaded a copy of the crash dump file to SkyDrive (http://sdrv.ms/JSFsVd)and a copy of the error from Event Viewer here if that helps. Does anyone have an idea as to what is causing this and how I would be able to fix it?

The minidump file showed an UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f) stop error referencing the igdkmd64.sys:
BUCKET_ID: X64_0x7f_8_igdkmd64+11298f
The igdkmd64.sys is a driver for Intel display adapter.
However the problem may be ZoneAlarm specifically the vsdatant.sys.
A very similar error was reported in the following thread where the vsdatant.sys (a ZoneAlarm driver used in other Check Point software) appeared to be the issue:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/w7itproperf/thread/94f4bc0b-0148-45e6-9496-254301d70d39
I would suggest to update or, if necessary, uninstall ZoneAlarm and see if the BSODs resolve.

1. Let the system detect and download driver here
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect
2. Simple test with disabled ZA would show if ZA is responsible for this error. If it still make any problems, try to unistall ZA
