Windows 7 Audio Service Issues
So, over the past couple of days, I've been getting some errors at seemingly spontaneous points during playback in Media Center. It will spit out an error playing the file, and all sounds on the system will cease to function until I open services and restart Windows Audio. I'm running Win7 x64 on a Gigabyte 870A-USB3 with a Phenom II X6 1035T @3GHz, 8GB PNY Optima DDR3 RAM, and an MSi GeForce GT440. I've been having no problems until a couple of days ago, so I might do a system restore. I recently added several albums to my library and re-organized everything; I want to make sure that all of that stays in-tact.

Hi, May I know what error code or message appears? You may check the event log to analyze the issue. In the meantime, youd better reinstall or update the audio and motherboard adapter driver. Another suggestion is to reinstall the Media Center. (Control Panel-> Programs and Features->Turn Windows Features on or off ->Media Features ->Windows Media Center)Ivan-Liu TechNet Community Support
